01Do you charge per seat or per cover?
No. Pricing is flat per location. A busy café pays the same as a quiet one. We only win when you do.
02What is included in onboarding?
On Floor and above, someone from our team spends a morning at your café. We scan the floor, connect your till, and stay for one full service.
03Do you lock data behind tiers?
Never. Every plan exports everything. If you leave, you leave with all of your data, cleanly formatted.
04Is there a pilot discount?
The first 24 cafés receive three months free, then 30% off for the first year.
